Daisy content creation on the mobile phone

With a Braille input device, or a Bluetooth keyboard, a Symbian phone would be a brilliant Daisy content creation device. The user listens to an audio file (recorded possibly using the inbuilt microphone). It is presented to her phrase by phrase, or sentence by sentence. She keys in the text, or the translation, using the keyboard. The software stores the two, synchronized, in Daisy format, [1]. You should also be able to edit, so that as you delete or move text, the corresponding segment of audio is too. People needing to pare a 50 minute radio or TV interview down to 2 would love this product.
